- PHM3D
- It is avairable now to use DSMCM3D in PHM3D plasma simulation to obtain space dependent densities and fluxes of neutral species.
- For 3D ICP simulation a coil configuration can be defined now by using externally defined text file ``coil_config.dat'' but using customary cuboid defined by GUIM.
